  • The experimental measurement about the ionization state for atomic parameters at accel-erator and the subject being done are introdued,which includes the highly charged atomic spec-troscopy,the development and application of the low temperature electron beam—ion source(LTEBIS),the study for electron—capture process of highly charged atom at intermediate and lowspeed,and the measurment of lifetime and transition probabilities of excited atomic levels.
