  • In this paper, the beam characteristic of 14MeV neutron therapy facility is described, which includes neutron energy spectrum, interaction between fast neutron and organism, relation between absorption dose and depth, relation between absorption dose and biological effect and so on. The properties of this facility with other type facility are compared.

Abstract:  In this paper, the beam characteristic of 14MeV neutron therapy facility is described, which includes neutron energy spectrum, interaction between fast neutron and organism, relation between absorption dose and depth, relation between absorption dose and biological effect and so on. The properties of this facility with other type facility are compared.
