  • We use pseudospectral method in spherical coordinate to cal culate the energy levels of hydrogen in magnetic fields up to 10 4 T. The re sults have high numerical accuracy and fast convergence. This method can be used in calculating other atoms in arbitrary electronic and magnetic fields.

Abstract: We use pseudospectral method in spherical coordinate to cal culate the energy levels of hydrogen in magnetic fields up to 10 4 T. The re sults have high numerical accuracy and fast convergence. This method can be used in calculating other atoms in arbitrary electronic and magnetic fields.
