Abstract: A testing wave function which includes a elastic coordinate coefficient is proposed for double electron atoms. A program which can solve three body prohlem with variational method is developed by using Matlab language. Ground state energies and analytic wave functions of N^5+ and O^6+ ious are obtained by using the program.
