Abstract: Heavy-ion accelerator facilities for the researches on biological effects induced by heavyion at Institute of Modern Physics(IMP), Chinese Academy of Sciences and National Laboratory of Heavyion Accelerator in Lanzhou(HLHIAL) are introduced. New progresses in modern agriculture and biological industry are presented.
