  • The light output and energy resolution of PbWO4 crystal are studied with different wrapping materials and methods. The Wrapping condition was optimized by analyzing the experimental data to gain higher light output and better energy resolution. A GEANT4based package has been developed to simulate the corresponding features of PbWO4 crystal, and the simulation results are consistent with the experimental data.

Abstract: The light output and energy resolution of PbWO4 crystal are studied with different wrapping materials and methods. The Wrapping condition was optimized by analyzing the experimental data to gain higher light output and better energy resolution. A GEANT4based package has been developed to simulate the corresponding features of PbWO4 crystal, and the simulation results are consistent with the experimental data.
